Being in a tropical country, mosquitoes will surely be a concern for an outdoor event, but not to worry, nature is on our side – the adjacent lake has plenty of fish which keeps the mosquito’s breeding under control. On a daily basis, our dedicated in-house gardeners are keeping the surroundings clear of unpleasant growing bushes, dry leaves and stagnant water. As an extra precaution, we have engaged a professional pest control company for regular fogging and, if weather permits, we will schedule the fogging to be carried a day before the event.

Parking - capacity of approximately 60 cars

Subject to the scale of the event, we will provide complimentary valet parking services by engaging a licensed valet parking company to ensure that extra cars are parked safely outside our premises and monitored by our parking attendants.


In case of heavy rain the canopy area will be protected by motorized vertical roller blinds. All entrances from the indoor part of the restaurant are connected to the canopy by covered walkways.

There are plenty of ceiling fans under the canopy to keep the area ventilated, however, please remind your invited guests that it’s an outdoor event and suggest them for a smart-casual dress code for a more comfortable evening. Portable air coolers can be provided on request.

Food and Beverages

Currently we are not serving our authentic Italian food and you are free to to hire your own caterer/vendor. An ample kitchen and adequate banquet facilities are available for your caterer’s use and we will be pleased to cooperate with your vendor to guarantee a successful event (please note that service staff should be provided by your caterers). Beverages will be supplied by Ciao based on your requirement.


Basic facilities such as background music and PA system with 2 cordless microphones are provided. For further arrangements such as mobile disco/DJ, projectors, special light effects, band, etc., feel free to engage your preferred third-party event management company (terms and conditions apply). Our stage is equipped with a 60 Amp 3-phase isolator.


Our garden, surrounded by trees, green shrubs and the lake, is a lovely setting for outdoor events on its own. However for a more elaborate setting feel free to engage your own events management company, wedding planner, or florist. Please be informed that we do not allow attaching any decorations directly to the canopy and pillars.

Changing Room

A basic room with air-conditioning, wall mirror and dressing table is provided for makeup and changing.


A total of 6 toilets (including an accessible toilet) are located within the indoor venues; 2 additional toilets for the crew are available outside.
